I had a nice Christmas getaway at the hotel! The location is fantastic - super close to great shopping, delicious restaurants, and the central station, so getting around was a breeze. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, which was perfect for our holiday gatherings. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being in the heart of the city!
There were some hiccups. Access from the car park was tricky since the lift was out of order, and we had to haul our bags through emergency stairs. The apartment felt a bit outdated and could use a deep clean. Plus, we ran into issues with the WiFi and some missing kitchenware – not ideal for a festive stay.

The food was amazing and there were a wide array of dishes in the menu...

Well-maintained and beautiful venue, incredible location adjacent to public transport to other suburbs, and Brisbane for a holiday with family. More than incredibly welcoming stuff at the reception desk too.

Great central location near shopping and dining, and the spacious apartments are a real plus! While there were a few hiccups with check-in and the pillows could use an upgrade, overall, it's a stylish spot that feels comfortable for longer stays. Just wish the coffee was better!

actually everything was very good, my next choice again in brisbane. the hotel was in a good location, to brisbane convention centre where the truck show was located. besides, it was very close to the taxi rank, the victoria bridge, and all shops.

The location could not be better, being close to numerous restaurants, shops, and right across from Queen St Mall. I particularly enjoyed the strong water pressure in the shower and felt secure with the parking and hotel access. Ken at the front desk was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely return!
Nothings. The tv was tricky to operate 😕.

The apartment was really big and well furnished. Nice kitchen and a nice jacuzzi bath tub in the bathroon. Very good location, just in front of the Queen street with all shops.
If you need to check-in after 7pm, you'll find no one at the reception and you'd better let them know so they send you a code for entering the building then another code for opening the safe where you'll find your keys. Not very welcoming, especially when you've just landed from a super long flight. Wifi should be provided without extra cost.
